I’m excited to announce that we now have 17 how-to videos up on our YouTube Channel. We’ll be filming many more over the next few weeks but at the moment we have step-by-step video instructions for making Kombucha, Kefir, Buttermilk and our mesophilic varieties of yogurt (Viili, Filmjolk, Matsoni and Piima).
Next week we’re hoping to wrap up a few more yogurt videos (Greek and Bulgarian varieties as well as the direct-set cultures) and hopefully get started on a few sourdough videos.
