New How-to Videos Available

I’m excited to announce that we now have 17 how-to videos up on our YouTube Channel.  We’ll be filming many more over the next few weeks but at the moment we have step-by-step video instructions for making Kombucha, Kefir, Buttermilk and our mesophilic varieties of yogurt (Viili, Filmjolk, Matsoni and Piima).

Next week we’re hoping to wrap up a few more yogurt videos (Greek and Bulgarian varieties as well as the direct-set cultures) and hopefully get started on a few sourdough videos.

A New Look for a New Year

Welcome to the new Cultures for Health website!  We are so excited to show off what we’ve been working on these last few months.  Please take some time to browse around and check back with us often.  We’ve recently added a number of new products (with more coming soon) and have started uploading new articles and how-to videos.

In the next few weeks we will be launching a forum to help real foodies connect particular in relation to topics concerning cultured and feremented foods.  We will also be launching an affiliate program particularly geared towards bloggers so please let us know if you are interested.  So many other fun things are coming–stay tuned!
