My favorite part of any trade show is meeting customers who come up to our display and introduce themselves as old friends. Many of our customers know us by name and feel part of our “family”! It’s so nice to meet people we’ve talked to by email or phone, and get to know them in person.
One of our customers today shared with me her pleasure at meeting us all, and spoke about “the culture of culture.” She said that being at a conference like this impressed upon her the importance of working in community to share ideas and products, and learn from each other in order to create a community of real-food enthusiasts. “Just as bacteria work together to form a culture that will transform food, people work together to make a culture that can transform the world.”
Isn’t that beautiful?
