There are a ton of recipes for every cultured food imaginable over on the CFH site. They come from several recipe-developers, myself included, who test recipes for cultured foods in their home kitchens… so you don’t have to.

Highlights from the latest recipe uploads include:

New Product Information

We have added a 2-1/2” strainer to the site. This strainer is handy for straining kombucha and catching all the yeast particles. Both strainer sizes that we carry are listed under the same product to avoid confusion (customers just choose the size they desire).

We are also getting ready to launch two new cheese kits in the next few weeks:

In the next few months the plan is to release a CFH branded hard cheese kit and a goat cheese kit.
